The Australian Retail Chain Directory (ARCD) is published by Inside Retail, Australia's leading authority on retail industry news and information. The directory provides a ‘who’s who’ of Australian retail. It includes retail chains of five or more stores, providing pertinent information including contact details for head office, key personnel, address, phone and email contacts, URL and more.

Available by Subscription only

Access to the ARCD is by subscription only, on an annual basis. Customers can purchase access as an online only subscription, or online plus the print edition.

The online directory is updated as information is received to hand with changes of ownership, staff and new stores as information comes to hand from the journalists and team at Inside Retail. The print edition of the directory is issued once a year, and is an optional element of the subscription.

Inside Retail has published a retail directory for more than 35 years.
